Cancellation Policy

Once a course is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

As we offer digital courses, online classes, and app-based learning services, returns or exchanges are not applicable.

No physical product is shipped, and access is provided digitally; therefore, return, exchange, or replacement requests will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

All purchases made on IIT School are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect course selection

  • Technical issues at the user’s end

  • Partial course completion or non-usage

User agreement

  • Once a course is purchased, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Only one Gmail ID and one mobile number will be given access for live classes and recorded lectures.
  • Sharing login credentials (username and password) with others and Unauthorized access to an account by someone other than the registered holder are explicitly prohibited and can lead to immediate suspension or termination of the account, typically without a refund for any remaining subscription period or unused services. This policy is intended to protect intellectual property, ensure compliance with licensing agreements, maintain account security, and prevent the circumvention of payment models.
